I'm very tired of this company and I can't wait to get out of my subscription, if I ever get to talk to someody. I'd like to issue a formal complaint, but there's no way to do that. Hopefully someone will see this post and help me.

well, the Adobe Support Community is a place to ask questions, find answers, learn from experts, and share your knowledge. If you would explain your problem we can try to help. It should be said, however, that this forum is supported by volunteer community members for the most part.
You can contact adobe support to address the issue. There are 3 ways to contact adobe directly:
chat, phone and twitter:
Chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

Also: if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam,

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and look, if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.

Thank you! Addmittedly, I didn't describe my problem because I was in a rush and was hoping to get guidance without going into detail. And thanks to you and the others who replied, I did!
