How Adobe is cheating on their customers

I got a redemption code from Adobe Stock with a very nice message:
"Last August the Adobe Stock team launched a Creative Cloud giveaway

program to reward our top contributors. Congratulations, you are one of them!

You were awarded a 12 month free Creative Cloud subscription, and received

an email from compext@adobe.com with your redemption code."

I was very excited and used the code to jump on to Creative Cloud on 15th

of December 2018. I started few projects for my clients using InDesign,

Premiere Pro and After Effects. One day I got a strange message:
"This is the last open of a Premiere Pro, your subscription is expired."

It was just four weeks after installing the apps with a redemption code

which should be valid till 15-th December 2019!!!

Since three weeks I'm struggling with Adobe Customer Care which should

be renamed "Adobe Customer GFY". They promised help 5 or 6 times, and

of course nothing happened at all. I just got an information "give us your

billing data, we will charge you immediately after that".

This is a biggest disappointment: an award, "You are our valuable contributor",

bla, bla, bla, and in the mean time they make money from my footage -- this sucks...

Were those the wordings of the Adobe mail from CompEXT?

I’m asking because I got also such a mail for the Photography plan and my redemtion code worked as it should.

How did you redeem the code ( there is a special site for doing so: https://creative.adobe.com/redeem )?

How did you contact Adobe support?

Do you have a case number for contacting Adobe? If so, please post that one?
