Apr 28, 2023 Apr 28, 2023

Hey,

My Mac is not working at the moment. I have licenced the files that are both avaialable in JPEG and Vector formats (AI/EPS/SVG), but when I press on download - it automatically downlads .AI only...

How do I get EPS?

Please help me!

If it has been uploaded as an Adobe Illustrator file, it will download as an Adobe Illustrator file. It won't be possible to download as EPS or SVG. You need to open the asset, possibly with a current version of Illustrator, and save it as an EPS file.

The problem with this is, that not all you can do in an Illustrator file is also possible as an EPS file.

You could try to open the Illustrator file as a PDF file. That depends on the manner the Ai file has been saved.
