I'm just now figuring out this adobe stock and there are buttons all over to license stuff, and I can't see any prices anywhere. I apparently have x photos that I can license as part of my subscription, but as I was traversing the site trying to see what stuff costs I ended up accidentally licensing a photo twice. It really needs more feedback on what I am about to do. So, how do I un-license the extra copy of a photo?

I'm sorry you had a poor experience if you decide to renew your Adobe Stock subscription by the 19th, thirty days from when you closed your most recent subscription, I can assist you with receiving a replacent for the accidental licenses.

Can I offer a suggestion that it shouldn't be quite so easy to license an image. When I made the mistakes, I was trying to determine how much licensing the image would cost (since it wasn't displayed). I now realize that it just deducted the image from my "allotment" for the month, but frankly it wasn't obvious that I was making an irrevocable decision.

Hi Beverly I actually just did the same thing. Some co workers of mine were trying to figure out how to download the images and I showed them quick and ended up downloading a pic by accident. It was 4378722

I also just joined today and made folders to place photos in for my school project. I licensed one photo but as I was moving other photos the site stalled and a few minutes later I noticed one photo I did not select to be licensed was?? Anyone else having this problem or just a computer glitch ?

Unfortunately there is noway to unlicense an image which has been licensed once.
But I've checked your account and added 1 license to it so that you can use it for a different image.

I have a subscription to adobe stock and i bought a picture, but when i had the full quality and zoomed in i could see it was a bad vector and not an image...i like to unlicense this image.... #116540529 a picture of an eagle.

I checked with the product team and the file has no issues. It is absolutely fine.
It's the title as provided by the contributor which says Bald eagle hand draw and paint colors on white background vector illustration and therefore is tagged as a vector. Also the file type mentioned clearly mentions it to be an .ai file and not a JPEG.
I apologize there is no way to unlicense this file.

I also just accidently purchased a photo license # 67265844
It's so near to the button for previewing it for later that sometimes the mouse drifts a bit.
Unfortunately, there's no double confirmation or automated reversal option.
Can you please manually reverse this image purchase?

I also accidentally licensed an image (70920140). I was scrolling through and accidentally clicked on the license button. Can you help me?
I suggest adding a confirmation popup before the licensed is purchased. Might help prevent this sort of accident!
