how do I unlicense something that I purchased accidentally?

I'm just now figuring out this adobe stock and there are buttons all over to license stuff, and I can't see any prices anywhere.  I apparently have x photos that I can license as part of my subscription, but as I was traversing the site trying to see what stuff costs I ended up accidentally licensing a photo twice.  It really needs more feedback on what I am about to do.  So, how do I un-license the extra copy of a photo?

I'm sorry you had a poor experience if you decide to renew your Adobe Stock subscription by the 19th, thirty days from when you closed your most recent subscription, I can assist you with receiving a replacent for the accidental licenses.

I see you have an Adobe account under the same Adobe ID as with forums. As you mentioned, you have licensed an image by mistake, I've added an image credit to your account so that you can license a different image instead.

Unfortunately I am in the same boat as everyone else.

I accidentally purchased a license for 104427678 and it was $499!! Definitely not something my company is going to be pleased with. If there is any way you could assist me in getting my money back I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi Bev

I have done the same, and I can't seem to be able to get to the chat option to talk to anyone at Adobe about this. I was clicking on the image to enlarge it on the preview page, but somehow managed to license it.

Okay ... this is ridiculous and should not be THIS difficult to contact somebody, and this TEN PAGE thread of people with similar problems seems to be the ONLY way.

Hi,

I have accidentally licenced an image whilst browsing on my phone. This is so easy to do, there should be a confirmation question or something. I literally touched the screen to scroll and it added the licensed tick.

If it can be cancelled the image number was 85510035 Ribbon Animals Logo abstract design vector template...Fox, Cat, - image | Adobe Stock 

If not please take on board that there is an issue here with how easy an accidental purchase is evident from the number of comments here, (probably more a problem on mobile devices).

Alas, the same thing has happened to me - I wanted to enlarge a photo for a preview and instead clicked on 'license' accidentally. The photo in question is #123195224 - if this credit could be returned, I would be very grateful.
