I'm just now figuring out this adobe stock and there are buttons all over to license stuff, and I can't see any prices anywhere. I apparently have x photos that I can license as part of my subscription, but as I was traversing the site trying to see what stuff costs I ended up accidentally licensing a photo twice. It really needs more feedback on what I am about to do. So, how do I un-license the extra copy of a photo?
Thanks!
Hi there
I've added a license credit to your account to replace the duplicate image ordered in error.
Kind regards
Bev
Hi K.,
Apologies, I only now saw your post. I don't see a record of you contacting customer care under the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums. I'm sorry you had a poor experience if you decide to renew your Adobe Stock subscription by the 19th, thirty days from when you closed your most recent subscription, I can assist you with receiving a replacent for the accidental licenses.

Hello, I licensed two photos by mistake. AND I just deleted them from my library (didn't download them -- downloaded a few other unlicensed photos because I didn't understand how this all works... now I get it...), so I can't even tell you which they were. BUT I can go search again and find them -- one will be easy to find again, the other notsomuch. Like others here, I found it easy to make the mistake of choosing to license rather than just adding to library as I had intended... Thanks very much for guidance.

I accidentally licensed this image File #: 101493957 while compiling possible images for a project I am working on. Can you please un-license it? It's not an image I intend to use.
Thanks,

Hi,
I accidentally licensed this image: 90381507
I just went to click on it to get a bigger view but buttons appeared when I hovered so it just licensed the image without me having really seen it.
This is really bad UX and I hope you change it soon, for your own sake because I can see a lot of people are having a similar issue!

Can we just get a fix on this issue instead of constantly crediting people please? Just a simple confirmation pop up would be incredibly helpful.

I just had this same issue. I went to click on something and BAM accidentally licensed it. Can you help me resolve this? Agree it is WAY too easy to accidentally purchase an image. Should be a window asking to be sure. The image I did not mean to purchase is #72774794.

I don't see the credit - it says I have 7 images to purchase when I should have 8 with the credit. Also - how do I stop the emails coming in from people posting the same thing? I keep getting emails notifying me of other people with this problem on this thread and I would like that to stop.

Hi goldenredclay
Sorry about that - you should now be able to see the credit.
