How do we go about reporting offensive imagery tags?

Hi,

Just stumbled across an image of a little girl that has the tags "woman" and "sexy". This is dangerous and highly uncomfortable. Who moderates images and their respective tags, because this is awful!

Currently writing an article on "nude-swapping" and looking for an appropriate blog banner when I stubled upon this. Seeing a little girl in a bathrobe mixed up between images of women in langerie is just so icky.

You guys need to fix this and have a word with the photographer for tagging the image this way. No where in the tags does it even say "child" - just straight to "woman" and "sexy". *vomit*
