Probably credit packs, except if you have a regular need for standard licences or HD videos. Then you should look into the 25 assets/month subscription (or the 750 assets…). Extended licences are not included, but you get a 20% off for purchases. https://stock.adobe.com/plans

So then how do you use the 25 assets if I only want the extended licenses?

If you ONLY want extended licences, you shouldn't take a subscription. Buy enough credit packs. The more you buy, the more you save.
@WendellaBee, wasn't the price of credit-pack-credits needed to be shown here?

You need to buy credits, then you can license with your Credit Pack Credits (and when you have credits, it will show you how many of them are required). At some point, Adobe published on their site (picture as shown in my post) the number of credits needed. For some reason unknown to me, that information has been retrieved. That's why I tagged EBQ in my prior post.

If you are purchasing an extended license of an asset like the one in your example the credit pack price will be eight credits.

I didn't see anything in relation to the extended licence. I've looked up the de, uk, ca, it, br pages. Unfortunately, I can't look at the US pages.
