How to make a library of music that can be shared?

Hi folks.  I'm hoping this is a "stupid question" and there is some really easy and intuitive way to do this.  I just want to make a library (or folder) of music tracks from Stock to share with my editors (on the same enterprise account).  It seems on the web app this is not possible, and within Premiere, if I try to search music in libraries, it takes me to the web app (ie: https://stock.adobe.com/)
