stock are images. if that seems incorrect, contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representativ

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Stock is an image database where you can licence images (and videos and also other creative stuff) contributed by others. You probably took a subscription and ticked a “1-month free trial” for Adobe stock. The problem with that is that after the free trial, you get a full-year stock subscription.
If you are still in the 14 days after the start of the subscription, you can self-cancel, by going to http://account.adobe.com/plans and clicking “Manage plan” on the stock plan. You can cancel the plan without a cancellation fee, and get a refund.
If you are further than these 14 days, you can't cancel without paying an early termination fee. In that case, you need to contact Adobe customer care as indicated by @kglad.
