I signed up for Adobe Stock and now want to cancel it but I can't. I'm using your website, it's clear you're doing everything possible to thwart people making this request. I go around and around on the contact menus, and Adobe keeps throwing more and more options and faqs.
I needed less than 10 images and now I was charged for 2 full months of this plan. How can I cancel this plan?
Hello JG,
I've reviewed your account and see that you've used credits from the past two months. You can review your licenses under license history on the Adobe Stock website.
You can cancel via https://accounts.adobe.com. Please note that you signed up for an annual subscription and will be responsible for the remainder of the contract fee if you cancel before the end of your subscription contract.

Yes I used now the images that I paid without my consent because I can't do anything more, I signed for the free trial with 10 images and now adobe is charging me $134.96 dollars in cancellation fees for a service that I don't want to use, honestly this is a SCAM plain and simple, I can't believe how Adobe is doing this with their customers, you guys should be embarrased of yourself.
I have been using PS and AI for years and now I will not buy anything more from you guys this is a middle finger to all your loyal customers.

I'm seeing many posts with the same probelm solved, and it would be nice to get mine solved too.
I don't even use adobe stock, I tried it just for the ''FREE TRIAL'' and never signed for a full year plan, honestly this is a scam, I contacted the chat support of my country (Mèxico) and they are awfully rude to their clients and just said ''NO, I would not reimburse your money'' and after giving me more excuses they disconnected.
Here are the post with the same problem solved that I saw inmediatly:
Tricked by the Adobe Stock "Free" Trial - RUDE customer service.
ADOBE STOCK "FREE TRIAL" NOT SO FREE!
Adobe Stock "Free" Trial refuses to Cancel
I come here because the client support from my country is a joke, they say that they can't do anything and I will not being reimbursed my money, they can't even read the links with examples of the same problem solved because those are in english, so the problem is even bigger for me.
