Hi, can someone help me? I don't know why I received a bill for $35.99, since I didn't use anything. And now I can't cancel my plan in Adobe Stock
If you have subscribed to Adobe Stock, there is a monthly recurring subscription fee, regardless of whether you actually used the service during the month. Did you follow the instructions on this page:

But if I forgot cancel free trial plan, how I can cancel plan now? It's only been a couple of days since the free subscription ended and I haven't even used anything

I think there may be a brief grace period after the trial ends, and you might be able to convince Adobe to let you cancel it without penalty. Review this page and use the contact us link at the bottom of the page:

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

You can cancel free of charge in the first 14 days of your paid subscription, and you will get refunded.
Self cancel: https://account.adobe.com/plans. Click “Manage Plan” and Cancel.
