I created an test account which I canceled at 19 of February but I have received two chargues in my credit card. Now I can't delete my account, you can see that I haven't used my account since February.
How can I delete my account and you refund my money?
Where can I resend the confirmation email to prove?

I don't see this icon, I have tried with firefox, edge and chrome, in diferents devices and nothing.
You may need to disable any browser extensions and clear you browser history.
