I cancel my subscription to Stock and I lost my more than 100 images credit left

Hi there,

I am a loyal Adobe CC user but I had more than 100 images credits left and I had to cancel my subscription to Adobe Stock a few months ago because I didn't need those images monthly.. but I was sure that I will keep the credits I have paid for more than one year but sadly I am seeing that I have not a single image credit when I had more than 100. I keep using Creative Cloud but I could't afford to pay for Stock when I didn't use it too much.

I would love to receive the credits I have paid for back if it were possible.

    Hi Jose,

    You can use your available licenses as long as your subscription is active, but you forfeit any unused licenses upon cancellation of your subscription.

    Unfortunately, we would not be able to grant any credits.
