I cancelled my Adobe Stock subscription on the 10th, and show no billing history, billed anyways

I cancelled my subscription early, and it even says if I cancelled before the 23rd that it'd be refunded anyways, but I was billed a few days ago anyways. I shouldn't have been billed at all, but now I need to have that refund hit my account. This is not an issue on my bank's end, I used to work for my bank and am in the finance industry. I don't believe any refund process was even initiated.

Please help. Sadly this is urgent.

The first 30 days are free. The second month gets billed, but if you cancel in the first 14 days, you will get a refund. The refund is handled manually and needs a few days to hit your account.

If there is trouble with the refund you need to contact Adobe customer service. Adobe customer care can be contacted here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html - click the small callout at the lower right of the screen and type "agent".
