I had almost 50 credits which were fully paid. I had my account for several years, being a web designer.
Then, as I am now 76, and think to retire, I stopped my Stock Image subscription, and didn't allow Paypal to pay Adobe, monthly as usual. I am now 76. But I found out that I have lost all my paid credits, even those which were fully paid. I find that very unfair. The other proble is that it seems impossible to join an human being.... there is no real support if you want to stop the Stock image subscription. Who ca help me?

On this page:

Cancel your Adobe Stock membership

it is clearly stated:
"Caution: By canceling your Adobe Stock subscription, you lose access to any unused licenses."

Think of Adobe Stock like your cable tv subscription. Once you cancel the service, you can't watch the shows and movies you intended to watch but never got around to... The Adobe Stock service is no longer available for your use, though you do, of course, retain the license to any assets you previously licensed and downloaded.

Yes, by cancelling your stock subscription, you lose all your unused plan credits. It's well documented and even, when you cancel you get a warning for this.

Just stopping the payment does not stop the subscription. You really need to cancel that one. To cancel, you need to go to https://account.adobe.com/plans and manage the plan you want to stop. To cancel without paying the early cancellation fee, you have to cancel in the last month of your subscription. The early cancellation fee is half of the remaining dues, so it's cheaper to cancel when you do not need the service any more, than to wait for the end of the subscription.
