I have paid for Adobe Stock images - but upon cancellation - theyre gone!

By accident I subscribed to the monthly Adobe Stock program. 10 images a month for AU$35. I paid this fee for near on 12 months and was gathering a stock pile of images I could download.

I didn't use this service enough and so I cancelled my subscription. Now I cannot access the 29 or so images I had "saved up" over the months from paying the subscription.

Can someone please explain do I loose access to the images I have technically "pre paid" for - now that my 12 month subscription is finished?

Hi Kylie,

Please see the answer below:

>>If I cancel my subscription, can I still use any unused licenses in my account?

No. You can use your available licenses as long as your subscription is active, but you forfeit any unused licenses upon cancellation of your subscription.

Please see Common Questions about plans, purchasing, and availability, Adobe Stock for more details.
