I`m paying for Stock but I NEVER hired it.

Im been receiving on the last 3 months charge from this app. I`ve just canceled the card where it was charged and canceled that plan.

I would like to ask for refund of these 3 months charges.

You most certainly subscribed to Adobe Stock, perhaps by accepting the Free Trial, then forgetting to cancel before the trial period ended - or any time in the last 3 months in which you've been charged.

You are not addressing Adobe employees here in the Forum, so will not receive a response to your request for a refund. It seems highly unlikely that Adobe will agree to a refund since you did agree to the subscription and terms at that time, and you have essentially broken the terms of agreement by canceling the credit card. But, if you think it's worth a try, contact Adobe directly using the "Contact Us" link on this page.

You probably took a test subscription, free for a month. You did not cancel it in time, so it converted to a paid subscription for a year, with automatic renewal for another year, if you don't cancel in time. Cancelling your card does not void the obligation you have against Adobe. So, that is only a solution if you can prove that your card has been used fraudulently.

I would strongly recommend, either cancelling (selfcancel: Cancel your Adobe Stock membership) or contacting Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and look, if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.

If in doubt, ask the forum.
