I only see / have "download with free trial" option but want to buy assets without a subscription

I only see /  have "download with free trial" option but want to buy assets without a subscription. I don't see a way to buy assets with credits as shown in the documenation.

- I am logged in.

- I have tried multiple browsers and diferent computers with the same result.

- I chatted with their support who had no clue.

It seems Adobe is forcing a Stock subscription. Does anyone know a way aorund this?
