Question

I thought AI generated stock was supposed to be declared?

Apparently its okay for contributors to submit AI-generated imagery if they declare it... but I see this page, which is blatantly all done in Midjourney, with no mention of any AI tools in the image descriptions:

@Contributor1 — 564385049

Is it that the details about AI are just really hidden away somewhere and I've not spotted it? or do Adobe just not bother to check the imagery that users are submitting?

Also there should really be a way of reporting images from the Adobe Stock website rather than posting in this forum.

The "bad hands" in many of those images should have earned an immediate rejection.

I agree that Adobe should provide a more efficient of allowing "bad AI assets" and "untagged AI assets" to be more efficiently reported. Given the millions that have already been added to the database, the reports that are posted are a drop in the ocean...

Hello, this looks like the assets were not properly moderated. I've reported this specific contributor to the content team for review for lacking generative AI labels. I've sent along this forum thread to make sure they understand the full scope of the issue. Thank you for the report and sorry for the problem with the assets.

Very disappointing to see that Adobe aren't even bothering to enforce it... so much for their "ethical" approach to AI — seems to me like they simply want more art styles to feed into Firefly

That's nonsense.
