I want a refund. Is it possible?

A month ago I decided to try Adobe Stock subscription as they offered me 10 images per month. I just got a notification from my bank that I was charged 36.29 EUR. The thing is I didn't plan on continuing using this service as it is way over my budget. During the first few weeks I downloaded a couple of assets and they were fine, it's just too expensive to pay nearly 4 euros per image to me. I instantly cancelled the subscription but it was too late. I didn't get a notification about the end of the trial.

Therefore I am asking for refund, I haven't used it for a couple of weeks I think.

I received refunds from other subscription based services on the web before and I know the EU law applies here, which grants me a free refund, so please help me get my money back. Thank You.

I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums.

I checked your account and noticed that you had signed up for Adobe Stock subscription on 3rd of May 2018. You were charged for the second month (36.29 EUR  on June 3rd, 2018).

Please Note: If you cancel during the first-month billing cycle, your credit card will not be charged and your service will continue until the end of that first month’s billing cycle. If you cancel within 14 days after the beginning of the second
