Hi,

I'm a bit confused. I clicked 1 image to find out how much it costs, but it started purchasing process without me choosing any plan. And same time my Adobe-page says that I have 99 images more. I can't afford to buy 100 images.

What happened?

Greetings,

Leena

    Hi LK,

I looked up your account using the Adobe ID you are using on the forums. I could see that your previous Stock subscriptions are closed but a renewal was still occurring. I've stopped the renewal. The 99 licenses are the licenses that accrued through these subscriptions. You may use these until they expire.

Did you buy a plan? or just one image?

I didn't choose any plan because I wanted only 1 image. I just wanted to know the price first.
I haven't used Adobe Stock as much as all other image shops, where you can find information by clicking the image. It is in my spine and unfortunately you can't unclick!
