If I cancel my Stock membership, do I lose all the undownloaded assets I have?

I have a lot of assets left to download and I am wondering if I lose them all when I cancel my membership. Do I have until the next billing date to use them all? Should I download all and then cancel? Thanks.

Hi C_4T,

You will not lose undownloaded assets, you retain your license history but lose your unused quota when your subscription ends.

Thanks, that's what I wanted to know. I was looking to know if I would lose my unused quota of assets. I have 100 assets to download before cancelling I guess!

A Stock subscription allows you to download a fixed number of assets for a specified period of time. You are paying Adobe to make the system available to you for that period of time. It's just like your cable bill. After cancelling your cable subscription, you can't expect the cable provider to allow you to continue watching because you didn't watch as many movies as you wanted to while the subscription was active.

hi Jill_C

After canceling my Stock subscription, I encountered an issue with image licensing disputes. When I needed to provide the license code, is it possible to pay a fee to request the official team to provide my license code? Or are you suggesting that I can spend additional money to apply for a period of time to regain access to view and download my licenses? and How should I  ask to buy this addition time to see my license code
