Image from free stock appears on Adobe Stock

Hi everyone, some time ago I contributed to Pexels, now the image is offered via Adobe Stock. Since there is apparently no way to contact Adobe directly I try to find help here. Has anyone experienced similar problem? While this is perfect example of license violation it looks that download an image from free stock and then sell it via paid service is no big deal and pretty easy way to earn some bucks. Have already tried to contact Pexels without any effect as you can imagine.

Any advices? Thanks!
