Image licenced is different than preview

Hi,

I downloaded the image 396746251 created by Harry Kasyanov but when I open it, it is completely different from that proposed on the website. I'm not able to find any foult on my side so I assume, problem should be coming from Adobe?

The problem lies probably with the uploader and/or the moderator (who should have refused on the faulty preview).
