Image licensing scenario

We use Adobe Stock for Teams with a large number of licenses available each month. However, I want to make sure that we're properly licensing our images. Our company is the parent company of several subsidiaries and we were told upon signing up with Adobe Stock that the license for our parent company covers the subsidiaries, so, if true, we're good there. However, we also have partners who sign agreements to sell some or all of our products and services under their name, so in order for them to do that, we produce marketing collateral for them and we either license images specifically for them or re-license images that are licensed for our company.

So, my question is...are we doing this correctly? Everything I've read appears to point to this being correct, but I'm hoping to get some confirmation.

Thanks!

Hi Keith,

It is not compulsory that all users belong to a single domain.

If you have purchased a teams membership, then you can go ahead and allot the images as required.

If you require a Stock subscription for your team you can 'add licenses' via the admin console Manage your teams membership

Please refer to FAQ | Enterprise and Teams for more details.

Also, please go through  http://www.adobe.com/content/dam/acom/en/legal/servicetou/Adobe_Stock_Terms-en_US-20170630_2200.pdf

Let me know if this answers your query.

Feel free to update this thread in case of any additional query.

I'm not sure I understand your response. My question is not about who uses our Adobe Stock for Teams licenses, but how we manage the licensing of the individual images we download.

All of our users are employees of the parent company. I am just wanting confirmation that we are in compliance if we produce a flyer for the parent company and then subsequently produce flyers using the same image(s) for partners using their branding, that we are either covered by the original license or need to license the image again for each partner.

Please let me know if my explanation isn't clear.

Thanks!

No, for subsidiary companies you cannot use the same licenses., the asset must be licensed separately for each client use.

Also, you may refer to Common Questions, Adobe Stock for more details.

Hope this answers your query!
