Infringement problem with images bought on fotolia.com

Good Morning,

 

I have a big problem.

 

I bought lots of images on fotolia.com website.

 

I received an E-mail asking me the proof of my purchase.

 

Unfortunately, I went on fotolia.com and it redirect me on this link where I cannot find the images I bought:

As they ask me lots of money, can you help me to solve this problem?

You need to synchronize your Fotolia account with your Adobe account. https://stock.adobe.com/fotolia/login.

 

If that does not work, I recommend contacting Adobe support. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.

THanks for your reply

I already synchronize my Fotolia account with my Adobe account.

Problem is in your data sheet all the picture I bought have today date.

Why You don't import even the data I bought them???
