Isolated frame

I have licensed an isolated frame with transparent background. I thought the background would be transparent but it isnt. I want to use it with a picture on a colored background. But the "checked" background still shows! I have no skills in Photoshop and cannot work with the picture. What should I do?

What is the asset id? If it is a vector file, you need to download it as a vector file to be opened in Illustrator to get rid of the background. If it is a JPEG asset it's asking for more editing.

JPEG files can't have a transparent backgroung! So they will need more work to be done.
