Some countries are restricted from viewing some content. The country you chose when you created your Adobe ID can limit what assets are available to you.

For access to the free content on Adobe stock, you only need an Adobe ID, you do not need a subscription. I would, therefore, suspect a problem with your browser or network. Try with a different browser and/or clear the cache and cookies.

Hi Abambo! Thank you for your response. I tried two things: I used a different browser (Safari) and it didn't work, and I also tried using the Brave browser in incognito mode and it didn't work either... Honestly, I don't know what to do, but Adobe is not allowing me to download any images from their Free section (previously I was able to).

I live in Istanbul, but currently I'm in Colombia (my home country) on vacation, and I'll be here for a few more weeks and in other Latin American countries before returning to Turkey. Do you think the location from where I connect has anything to do with it?

Thanks for the reminder! I always make sure to sign in whenever I connect to Adobe Stock so I can access all the available content. However, I'm currently having an issue where the content I'm trying to download appears as free, but the website won't let me download it. Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this?

This is the solution: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-discussions/issue-with-downloading-free-images-from-adobe-stock... even if it does not make you happy. What is your country you are in. If your country is a restricted one, then the assets you can view and licence are restricted. This is because some countries ask for more stringent vetting of the assets, and assets you can't licence are not (yet) vetted for this.

No, the Netherlands is not a restricted country. You have a different problem. You should open your own thread with your error message.
