IVA in fattura

Come mai se l'importo pagato per una singola immagine comprende l'imposta (€ 9,90 + € 2,20) l'importo dell' IVA non è presente in fattura?

Gentilissima Twarita, la ringrazio per il suo interessamento, ma ho già sprecato abbastanza tempo nel tentativo di contattare l'Assistenza Adobe e non intendo continuare su questa linea.

Si tratta di piccoli importi senza importanza.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. I did go through your account details and see that you had purchased a single image on 16th February 2016. Can you please confirm me which order number are you referring to?

Gentile Twarita, abbiamo acquistato tantissime immagini, sebbene sempre in versione singola ma non ci è stato mai richiesto il pagamente dell'IVA, tranne negli ultimi 2 ordini. Va bene per noi pagare l'IVA ma ci sembra corretto che tale importo venga poi corrisposto in fattura, cosa che non è avvenuta ultimamente come si evince dagli allegati.

Dear Tawarita, we have purchased many images, although always in single version but we have never been required to pay VAT, except in the last 2 orders. It is OK for us to pay VAT, but it seems correct that this amount is then reported on the invoice, something that has not happened lately as shown in the attachments.
