I've purchased a photo on adobe stock that I'd like to include on a banner. The banner will be 16" tall and the photo needs to at least be as tall as this banner. I'm seeing that the image can only get up to 10 inches high. I'm surprised about this because I'm used to Shutterstock, where images can get up to 19" tall at 300dpi. Is there no other option to purchase larger more high res files on Adobe Stock?
Hi Sarah,
Unfortunately, there is no way to get a larger file straight from the photographer.
Let us know if you have any additional query.

Hi Sarah,
You can check the dimensions of an Adobe image as shown in the screenshot below and accordingly you can select the desired file
Feel free to update this thread in case of any additional query.

"accordingly you can select the desired file"
- there doesn't seem to be options to choose from. Just one file, and it seems that larger files should be offered. Is there a way to get a larger file straight from the photographer?
