Licensed an abstract editable text, but the font is not included?! What is the point of licensing it

Licensed an abstract editable text, but the font is not included?! What is the point of licensing it if you can not actually edit it with the same font, the font doesn't even show in illustrator. Is there a second download for the font or how to request a refund of my credit.

Thank you,

Penny

Adobe stock is no software. But Adobe Creative Cloud includes access to https://fonts.adobe.com, which is a collection according to Adobe of 25,000 fonts. So what font do you miss?

I think this font is free to download: https://www.dafont.com/a-abstract-groovy.font

But I agree, you should not have to chase a font. I am sure, though, that the author of the art has no rights to distribute the font.

There isn't a possibility on stock to distribute a font with an artwork, even if you have the rights.

Fonts are never included in assets, as that is a copyright issue. You need to find the font somewhere else. Stock assets should use fonts that are available on fonts.adobe.com, exactly for that reason. I would google the font. You may be lucky and find it to licence if the font is the important thing here.

You could also search for a different font, as the effect adapts fine to the default font, it will probably work with any font that pleases you.

Please update this, if that is not a solution for you.
