Licensed image does not match preview

I licensed an image based on the preview, but the licensed image has defects the preview didn't.

File: 87839294 - Poker hand ranking combinations - Buy this stock vector and explore similar vectors

Namely, most of hand rankings have at least one card where the suit designation has been cut off.

Please confirm and help me get the correct version of this file.

    Chris,

    Since it is an AI file, we recommend using it in Illustrator. There are chances that the vector files may get pixelated(if opened in other apps) and it is not certain that every image quality will be the same as they are uploaded by different creators. However, you may use the vector images in Illustrator CC, as the file opens fine with no cut-offs of clubs. Below as shown in the screenshot:

    As a workaround, you may download the trial version of Illustrator(7 days trial ) and can try to use the files.

    Hi Chris,

    Sorry to hear that you are facing issues with Adobe Stock services.

    I tried downloading the same image at my end and was unable to encounter any issues on the file. When you say that the suit designation has been cut off, would you mind sending us a screenshot so that we can check and can further assist you?

    Hi Twarita,

    Please see the attached screenshot.  This is the image directly imported into Adobe Xd via the CC Library.  Notice the clubs symbol is cut off on the 6 in the straight and the K in the Three of a Kind.  There are similar cut-offs of clubs in many of the hand rankings.  This cut off does not appear in the preview.
