Licensed Image in error

New Here ,
Mar 14, 2018 Mar 14, 2018

I have licensed and saved File 117673258 in error, I was meant to save a preview for draft artwork.

Is there an option to undo the licensing of an image?

Thanks

Emma

Hi Emma,

I'm sorry to hear that you accidentally licensed an image from Adobe Stock website.

I did check your account and see that you're assigned licenses on a teams plan for which you'll need to contact your team admin or Contact Customer Care for more details on this issue.

Let me know if that helps!

Regards,

Sheena

It doesn't help.

I am the team admin for this subscription.  I don't see what I can do different to what Emma has already done?
