Licensed images showing up as unlicensed in library

Community Beginner ,
Jan 15, 2025 Jan 15, 2025

Hi guys, hoping someone can help me here..  I've noticed lots of images I've purchased over the years are showing up as unlicenced when I go to use the image again. When I hover over the thumbnail in the libraries panel it clearly shows as licenced. When dragged into PS / IL / ID etc i get the water marked version.

All software / CC is up to date.

I've been purchasing images again as I need them quickly. 😞

Any feedback grately appreciated. Thank you!

I can't remove even if I wanted to it appears LOL.
Issue was to do with 2 profiles under the same account.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

No, you would need to have moderator power to do that. But the issue is really worth to be kept online. Thanks for sharing the solution.

I suppose the 2 profiles were a private profile with the asset licensed and a Teams/Enterprise profile with the programs subscribed. As you are talking about “assets licensed over the years”, could it be, that you changed at a certain moment from an individual subscription to a Teams/Enterprise subscription?
