Help, I accidentally licensed a Premium image and I need to unlicense it to get back the 100 credits. I don't need the premium image, I don't want it, and I certainly don't want to spend 100 credits to get it.  HELP! How do I return it for the credits and how do I block Premium so that never happens again?    FILE #:  315216987
Then I contacted customer service they put me on "hold" and in the end just left the conversation and never helped me?!?!

I still need someone to help me with the above. It's been over a week. We've also attempted to contact Adobe through the chat system without any success.
