Please see the below error message. I've tried everything reasonable. It woudln't download yesterday, won't today. Other's do without a problem so I assume it is corrupted. Either way, it won't work for me. Can I get the asset replaced? If so, how?

Going forward make sure that images you license say JPEG below the file type. If it says AI you won't be able to use it.

The file you are trying to open is an Adobe Illustrator File (Vector). These are not supported in Paint.

Great, I now have two of those. Do they open in anything besides AI? Or is it pretty much forcing me to pay $30 to have AI to access the photo? There no way to return the license, correct?  Leaves people in a really crappy situation. I was not aware that there were AI only files.

Hi Ashley,

Vector files are best to be downloaded in Illustrator. If you do not have Illustrator, then as a workaround you may download the trial version of Illustrator(7days trial) and can try to use the above-mentioned file.

You may use this link to download the trial version of Illustrator:

Download a free trial or buy Adobe products | Adobe free trials & downloads.

Feel free to update this thread in case of any additional questions.

Regards,

Twarita

They may be opened in third party programs, but the best program to open Illustrator files is Illustrator!
