Licenses after subscription expiry

1. what happens to my purchased stock media when my subscription expires? Can I continue to use them on my website (service provider) and in my videos?

You can continue to use them according to the licencing terms. Unused credits will forfeit, however.

2. i only need Adobe now and then for stock media that i want to use for videos and on my website (service provider). Wouldn't it be enough to buy credits as needed (instead of taking out a monthly subscription)? Does this give me the right to use the corresponding stock media indefinitely?

That's why there are credit packs. Credit packs are valid for one year, then unused credits expire. Licenced assets may be used on a perpetual basis according to the licensing terms.

You could also take a subscription on the month, cancellable each month, without a cancellation fee.
