z.B. dieses Bild hier hat eine Plus Lizenz.

ich kann leider keine erweiterte Lizenz auswählen damit ich das Foto für kommerzielle Zecke nutzen kann wie z.B. einen T Shirt Druck.

Oder gehört mir das Bild wenn ich es für mindestens 119 Euro kaufe, sodass ich es auch für den SHirt druck benutzen kann sprich erweiterte Lizenz?

The licensing may have been selected by the photographer to not include the commercial licensing that you are looking for. Also, if you click on the "additional Information" link that is down by where it says "Plus License" tells you this...

  • Creating goods or trading and distribution products where the stock medium itself constitutes the main value of the product. For example, you may not design posters, t-shirts, or coffee cups that are mainly bought because of the printed stock medium.

So it looks like you can not buy a license for this image where you can legally create t-shirts with it.

Nein, dieses Bild ist aus der Premium Sammlung und deshalb sind besondere Lizensbedingungen zuständig. Eine Plus-Lizens ist wie eine Standard Lizenz ausser dass die 500k Auflagenbeschränkung wegfällt.

Plus-Lizensen dürfen nicht für T-shirts genutzt werden.

Unter einer Plus-Lizenz zulässig:

  • Sie können das Stockmedium mit allen im Rahmen einer Standardlizenz gewährten Rechten verwenden.
  • Reproduktion des Stockmediums ohne die Beschränkung auf 500.000 Kopien/Besucher.

Unter einer Plus-Lizenz unzulässig:

  • Erstellen von Waren oder Handels- und Vertriebsprodukten, bei denen das Stockmedium selbst den Hauptwert des Produkts ausmacht. So dürfen Sie beispielsweise keine Poster, T-Shirts oder Kaffeetassen gestalten, die hauptsächlich wegen des aufgedruckten Stockmediums gekauft werden.
