Lump sum cancellation penalty
I want to cancel my subscription that I have had for about 5 years. It is asking me for a lump sum. Why?

Contract is for a year, though you may pay monthly. If you cancel before the end of your 1 year contract you may be responsible for a portion of the contract. Please consult the terms of your contract.
