Thank you, but the chat is actually the reason for me to post here. The AI only gives me a limited set of options which do not cover my complaints, and there is no way to select to get in touch with a real person.

Hi, ich habe das selbe Problem. Ich fühl mich verarscht. Zu dem ich sogar Kontakt hatte und mir versichert wurde das das Abo nun gekündigt sei. Ich werde denke ich die Sache an höhere Stelle melden.

If the subscription was cancelled, you should have received an email confirming the cancellation. Did you save that email?
