Massive Abo Probleme

Ich habe massive Probleme mit meinem Adobe Stock Abo! Seit Abschluss kann ich es nicht mehr kündigen, weil im Konto immer angezeigt wird, das Abo könne bald bearbeitet werden. Außerdem wird mir angezeigt, mein Paypal sei abgelehnt worden. Daher habe ich eine Kreditkarte hinzugefügt, die ist aber auch seit Wochen nicht angenommen worden. Stattdessen wurde mir heute schon wieder Geld von Paypal abgebucht!
Ich habe den Dienst bisher 1x genutzt, nun aber schon 3x bezahlt, weil ich nicht kündigen kann.
Ich bin extrem sauer und fordere Sie auf: Lösen Sie mein Abo auf und zahlen Sie mir mein Geld zurück!

Thank you, but the chat is actually the reason for me to post here. The AI only gives me a limited set of options which do not cover my complaints, and there is no way to select to get in touch with a real person.

Hi, ich habe das selbe Problem. Ich fühl mich verarscht. Zu dem ich sogar Kontakt hatte und mir versichert wurde das das Abo nun gekündigt sei. Ich werde denke ich die Sache an höhere Stelle melden.
