Before you invest much into legal fees, I would suggest, you simply do the following:

  • Check if you are signed in with the correct account.
  • Check the confirmation mail for the cancellation.
  • Contact Adobe customer care.

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and look, if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. If in doubt, ask the forum.

You are posting in an Adobe Stock forum. Your Adobe Stock subscription does not include any programs. If you signed up for an annual Adobe Stock subscription, you are responsible for the full year. If you cancel before the year is over, there is an early termination penalty. The instructions for cancelling your subscription are shown here:

If you are being charged by Adobe it is not under the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums. That subscription was cancelled. You would need to sign into account managment with the Adobe ID associated with the active subscription.
