Hi
Im having the same issue, I went have having 80 credits now I have 17. I tried using the link you posted but
it comes up with this "
You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator.
I have paid alot of money for this and now I have no way of even getting any support from adobe.
Please can you assist?
Do you have a Teams/Enterprise subscription? If this is the case (as with the OP), an administrator can contact Adobe customer care and check what's wrong. But I suspect you are having an individual subscription (remember OP has transferred his individual subscription to an Enterprise/Teams account) so you should contact Adobe customer care via the standard channel.
