I canceled adobe stock subscription (40 images) the same day after downloading 4 images.
When will I get my money back?
I received an e-mail with the information that the subscription will end on March 5th and is still active - I did not receive a refund and still have 36 images to download.
The first month of your subscription is not charged.
If however, there was a charge and a refund is triggered, it takes up to 7 working days for the refund to arrive into your account.
Cancelling the first month will become effective at the end of that month.
