My rejected 3D icons

I submitted some 3D-rendered icons for stock. Some of them were rejected due to quality issues, but others were accepted. I rendered all the icons with the same quality, so I don't understand why some were rejected and some were accepted. Does anyone have any insights on this?

The only accepted icon is the 3D Scooter Icon!
