Need to cancel my Adobe Stock Subscription

So I bought a subscription for Adobe Stock and used it for a few months, but I have no use for it anymore. I'm well aware that I can't contact by phone or chat to cancel it, and of the deadline for risk-free cancellation. I'm just trying to find another way to stop paying for it. Can anyone help me?

Then where are the charges coming from?

    Manuel,

I see you had signed up for Creative Cloud All Apps subscription on 06 Sep 2016. The charges which have been deducted on the 5th of each month from your account is for the Creative Cloud subscription.

    Regards,

You can contact by phone or chat: Contact Customer Care

However, I would recommend, you look first into this: Cancel your Adobe Stock membership

I tried. After 30 days, I can’t call or chat with Adobe. Also, a CANCEL option doesn’t show neither does Adobe Stock. It just says “Creative Cloud All Apps” and then the charge, which I KNOW is Adobe Stock.

Did you try the link? Contact Customer Care

Please show a screenshot (please edit private info out) where you are stuck!

Did you follow the instruction here? Cancel your Adobe Stock membership

Just saying that you « can’t cancel » does unfortuneatly not help me to understand more in detail where your problem is located.
