No he podido solucionar mi cancelación de prueba de stock

hello No he podido solucionar mi problema ¿Si continúo con el proceso de cancelación de stock, no cierra mi cuenta de adobe creative, aunque salga una ventana con esa advertencia? Me quiero arriesgar a hacerlo
