Not true vector

These assets were supposed to be editable vectors but instead they were just image files disguised as vector files... I need a refund for these assets...

At least 158424089 is a vector image.

Maybe you have downloaded the JPEG file instead of the Adobe Illustrator file. Check the settings:

I'm not sure I see the problem with the other two. Possibly all assets were accidentally downloaded as JPEG instead of vector originally?
