If you purchase a plugin and then allow your subscription to lapse. Is that plugin cost forfeited?
In my case, I had a subscription, purchased a plugin and then let my subscription lapse as I wasn't using the applications frequently.
I now have a new subscription with a new email address and obviously my plugin is not available.
Do I need to repurchase or is there any solution available to me to regain access?

Thank you, as I am using a new email address / new account, the plugin I purchased is not listed for me under this account. The question is, in an instance like this, is the plugin payment forfeited or can you remove a plugin (from my old account) and be credited?
