Paying £23.99 a month for service I didn't know I'd signed up for!

Hello,

As with many others I see that Adobe has been taking £23.99 from me every month for a service I believed was only a 10 photo trial and had been cancelled  and has never been used since. And when I try and go to the cancellation page it will not load (convenient?).

I'm disappointed in Adobe and would like a refund, it is ridiculous how they will quietly keep taking money from an account you can see hasn't been accessed! I cannot go into the chat as I can't load it on my phone. You shouldn't be taking money from dormant accounts, such practices are unlikely to make customers fond of the brand...!

Thank you,
